1. The hat I received is only 35% wool (65% acrylic) -- not "100% wool" as described.
2. It shipped in a plastic envelope without any packing material -- description says "shipped in box".
3. It does not look like the one in the picture -- not "molded shape" and does not "retain shape" as described -- it lays flat when placed on a surface.
Although the hat I received is not all bad, it wasn't what I had in mind. There's clearly a gross misrepresentation here. I hope the seller either corrects the description or ships a product that matches the description.

Not as advertised, the hat was flat, and didn't have the bowl shape I was looking for, big waste of money.
