"Reflective and Wiser Seer"
Hello again my loyal, trusting, world-wide fan base. As you know, we are fast approaching the holiday season and, since I get an extra burst of energy this time of year, I am pleased to present my holy grail list of gift suggestions and essentials. Even though Santa gave me the chance to take over for him last year (it was fun, but the elves were a pain), I am back to my normal role as one of the three wise men. I am the main one, of course.
And being, as such, it is incumbent of me to provide exclusive knowledge on what to and not to, make your season bright. If you peruse the halls of Amazon, I am sure you will see thousands of things they offer for the holidays. As usual, I have done exhaustive research and whittled it down to the ones you should be aware of. Sort of like the Greatest Holiday Hits of Metamorpho. No need to thank me now. Gifts under the tree will suffice.
This season I am suggesting this wonderful ornament. It is a cherry red Fender Stratoscaster and so real, so lifelike, it will make your tree sing. It is an exact replica of an instrument that is used by hundreds of musicians and very well made. A classic. And it even has little wire strings. Who cares if only munchkins can play it? Your job is to relax, admire the tree, and make sure the crackling fire embers don't destroy this product. My advice? Have a bucket of water ready.
This is an absolutely beautiful ornament. Years ago, I tried to learn to play a full sized one. However, I was a poor student and only could play the d chord. They kicked me out of school since my final grade was an E flat suspended. I had the last laugh though. I played tambourine in many studio sessions for well known artists. And, as a consequence, got invited to many holiday parties.
I can tell you that Jeff Beck has a lot of these decorating his home. He even has them in the yard bird bath outside. I can tell you that Eric Clapton's tree has dominoes and these guitars filling the tree. He says "may all limitations be forgot", which I heartedly agree with. One time, at The Edge's party, Bono, after a few too many scotches, fell into the tree and broke some. Needless to say, it was NOT a beautiful day. And, finally, David Gilmour uses only this ornament exclusively to fill the tree as he sits by the fireside feeling comfortably numb. Yes people. This is the one to get if you love music. And even if you don't, get it anyway. A wonderful product that will make your holidays electric.
